This "State of the Art" pig signaller is specifically designed to meet the needs of the pipeline pigging industry.

It is portable, robust and totally sealed to give reliable service in the harsh oilfield and other environments.

The signaller is non invasive and will detect the passage of any steel shafted pig without having to fit magnets to it.. Non metallic pigs and spheres can also be detected by the addition of a small rare earth magnet the size of a quarter dollar or a MagPak Delta Module-see product list.

Up to 9 pigs in a row can be logged through by Pig Spy 500 and a full range of remote telemetry options are available to meet every operational scenario.

The inherently safe version of Pig Spy 500 employs a unique induction charging system which means that the signaller body is totally sealed against ingress of gas.
